Our Service Contract to you – Lifetime of free servicing

When you buy a bike from Stoke Cycles you also get a Lifetime Service Contract, this covers all routine servicing on your bicycle with no labour charge for the whole time you own it.
Routine servicing includes all adjustments and parts replacement that have worn out in the course of normal wear and tear.   Punctures will be done for the cost of the replacement tube.
Free labour does not extend to crash damage, accidental damage or deliberate damage – refer to our Service Contract for more details.
